Game 2
Last Thursday, I had spent my night in Boston with my family at Game 2 of the World Series. I had taken a limo down with my grandfather, brother, and two cousins. We met my aunt, who works for the Red Sox at her office. We walked to our seats that were along the third baseline grandstand. As I looked around I could not seem to find one empty seat. It was packed. The crowd was wild, filled with joy and excitement hoping for a win. Within the first inning, my grandfather asked me to switch seats with him. The women next to us would not stop moving. With the seats so close together, her moving was becoming very obnoxious. In the 6th inning, the Red Sox had scored 2 runs. The crowd went wild. I had planned for it to be freezing that night, I wore several layers. Surprisingly, it was not that bad. The game had ended around 12:00. We walked to my aunts car parked on Yawkey Way. Getting out was a struggle, I had not arrived home til 2:30 in the morning. Although the Red Sox had lost, it was definitely a once in a life time experience.
