Album Review - Lamy

The Album Minutes to midnight by Linkin Park Was a Big shift from the bands original metal sound to a new era rock sound. Being released 4 years after their second album, Minutes to Midnight featured a much different New era sound of rock music reffered to as "nu metal". Upon its release the band became very popular reaching number one on music charts in the US and several other countries. It featured  hit songs that man people would recognize such as "What I've Done", the albums lead song and probably most well known, "Bleed it out" a inspiring song about troubles and hard work, and "Given Up" another song showing struggles of life. This album truly started a new path for the band and made them famous.  The band continues to grow and change music by combining different forms of music and shaping its own unique sound. this album paved the way for all new era rock bands by changing the sounds of clasic and metal rock to have a more modern feel.
